研究以四川省绵广高速公路路基路面病害压力注浆处治为依托工程,采用室内离心模型试验,对高速公路斜坡路基压力注浆处治的关键性设计参数及其施工工艺进行系统的试验研究。研究结果表明,斜坡路基的压力注浆处治宜分两次或多次进行灌注,注浆压力宜控制在第一次灌注压力为0.2 MPa,第二次灌注压力为0.4 MPa~0.5 MPa,灌浆间距宜控制在2 m以内,应合理配置注浆浆液的配合比。并结合现场工程注浆试验测试结果进行对比分析,结果表明,采用本文提出的关键性注浆控制指标能获得较为理想的注浆效果。
Based on the pressure grouting treatment of roadbed diseases in subgrade of Mianghuang Expressway in Sichuan Province, the indoor centrifugal model test was used to test the key design parameters and construction technology of pressure grouting treatment on highway slope subgrade. The results show that the pressure grouting treatment should be perfusiond in two or more times. The grouting pressure should be controlled at the first perfusion pressure of 0.2 MPa, the second perfusion pressure of 0.4 MPa ~ 0.5 MPa, grouting spacing Should be controlled within 2 m, should be a reasonable allocation of grouting slurry ratio. Combined with field grouting test results, the results show that the ideal grouting effect can be obtained by using the key grouting control indexes proposed in this paper.
