研究了时效处理对轧制Al-5Fe基合金组织和断口形貌的影响。结果表明:轧制Al-5Fe基合金经过固溶时效处理后,在基体中能析出Mg2Si球状相及块状的Al-Si-Mn-Fe相和Al-Si-Mn-Fe-Mg相,随着时效时间的增加,β相在晶界上不断地析出,吸收了它附近的溶质和空位原子,形成了无析出带,使合金性能降低。断口分析表明,时效后合金的断裂方式均为韧窝断裂和沿晶断裂的混合型,断口中心的硬质粒子是断裂的发源。
The effect of aging treatment on microstructure and fracture morphology of Al-5Fe base alloy was studied. The results show that the microstructures of Al-Si-Mn-Fe phase and Al-Si-Mn-Fe-Mg phase in the as-cast Al-5Fe-based alloy can be precipitated in the matrix after solution treatment and aging treatment With the increase of aging time, the β phase is continuously precipitated on the grain boundary, absorbing solute and vacancy atoms near it, forming a non-precipitation zone and reducing the performance of the alloy. Fracture analysis shows that the fracture modes of the alloy after aging are both dimple and intergranular fracture, and the hard particles in the fracture center are the origins of the fracture.
