本文比较了石河子地区不同缺碘状态及不同防治水平下277名6~16岁儿童少年的体格发育和骨龄。发现环境缺碘而未充分补碘病区的儿童少年身高、体重匀称度及发育等级均落后于不缺碘地区,骨龄和身高还落后于缺碘,但补碘较好的地区。骨龄比非缺碘地区落后0.768岁,比补碘充足的地区低0.238岁,其中以骨龄延迟的差异最显著。本文还观察了推广加碘盐后身高、骨龄的变化,说明补碘能促进儿童骨骼发育,而且补碘越早,作用越显著。
In this paper, we compared the physical development and bone age of 277 children aged 6 ~ 16 years under different status of iodine deficiency and different levels of prevention and treatment in Shihezi region. Found that iodine deficiency and inadequate iodine deficiency area of children and adolescents in the environment of height, weight symmetry and developmental levels are lagging behind in areas not iodized, bone age and height also lag behind iodine deficiency, but the better areas of iodine. The bone age was 0.768 years behind the non-iodine-deficient region and 0.238 years younger than the adequate iodine-supplemented region, with the most significant difference being the delayed bone age. This article also observed the promotion of iodized salt height and bone age changes, indicating that iodine can promote children’s bone development, and iodine earlier, the role of the more significant.
