本文用一台经标定的栅格型分级机对细粉的分离进行了实验和理论研究。栅格型分级机带有可调节的格板，通过改变格板的角度加入口速度，可使切割粒径控制在10～20μm范围内。随着格板数的减少，50％切割粒径随之减小，这是因为粉体与格板碰撞的机会减少所致。根据Joukowski理论
In this paper, a calibrated grid-type classifier was used to conduct experiments and theoretical studies on the separation of fine powders.
