利用Xa21基因的分子标记U1/I1检测28个高世代育种中间材料。发现18个材料中含Xa21基因,且这些位点是杂合的;10个材料不含Xa21基因。
28 high-generation breeding intermediate materials were detected using the molecular marker U1 / I1 of Xa21 gene. Eighteen materials were found to contain the Xa21 gene, and these sites were heterozygous; ten materials did not contain the Xa21 gene.
