通过对北京、上海等地100家中小电子信息企业的调查,发现产学研合作和企业间合作都是企业合作创新的常用模式,那么这两种模式的合作创新绩效是否存在的差异呢?根据中小电子信息企业合作创新的特点建立了评价指标体系的基础上,运用模糊综合评价法对两种模式的创新绩效进行了评价,发现两者的绩效并不存在显著的差异,但两种模式的各绩效指标的评价值存在显著差异,产学研合作对于企业的学习能力的贡献最大,而企业间合作对于产品开发效果的贡献最大。
Through the survey of 100 small and medium-sized electronic information enterprises in Beijing and Shanghai, we find that the production-study-research cooperation and inter-firm cooperation are all common modes of enterprise cooperation innovation. So the differences between these two modes are: Based on the characteristics of cooperation and innovation of electronic information enterprises, establishes the evaluation index system, evaluates the innovation performance of the two models by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and finds no significant difference in performance between the two models. However, There are significant differences in the evaluation values of performance indicators. The industry-university-research cooperation has the greatest contribution to the learning ability of enterprises and the inter-firm cooperation has the greatest contribution to the product development effectiveness.
