在不确定性经营环境下,创新是企业保持竞争力和自我更新的基础。作为创新领域的关键概念,创新能力的内涵在学者中还缺乏共识,因而在一定程度上制约了该理论的发展。通过对创新能力文献的系统梳理,将学者们的观点归纳为技术管理、知识管理、战略、动态能力、营销与组织等6个视角。其中,前4个视角得到相对广泛的关注,而后两个视角则是有关创新能力研究的重要补充。在分析和比较6个研究视角的基础上,提出了创新能力未来研究的方向。
In an uncertain business environment, innovation is the foundation for enterprises to remain competitive and self-renewing. As the key concept in the field of innovation, the connotation of innovation ability is still lack of consensus among scholars, which restricts the development of the theory to a certain extent. By systematically reviewing the literature on innovation ability, the author summarizes the scholars’ views from the six perspectives of technology management, knowledge management, strategy, dynamic capability, marketing and organization. Among them, the first four perspectives receive relatively widespread attention, and the latter two perspectives are an important complement to the research on innovation capability. Based on the analysis and comparison of six research perspectives, the future research direction of innovation ability is proposed.
