迄今关于休克对功能性细胞外液(FECV)的影响已有许多研究。有人发现,休克使FECV显著减少;但也有人发现并无明显变化。有人将这种不一致的结果归咎于计算方法不同所致。 本实验研究的目的即是对各种体液容积的计算方法进行分析比较,明确它们的区别和联系以及对实验结果的影响。
Hitherto there have been many studies on the effects of shock on functional extracellular fluid (FECV). It was found that shock significantly reduced FECV; but others found no significant change. Some people attributed this inconsistent result to different calculation methods. The purpose of this experimental study is to analyze and compare the calculation methods of various body fluid volumes, and to clarify the differences and connections between them and the influence on the experimental results.
