随着社会经济的飞速发展,科学技术的不断进步,各行各业的激烈竞争,资源能源的严重匮乏,如何进行有效的成本管理,提高我国国有企业竞争优势是当今每个企业都亟待解决的现实问题。本文从我国国有企业所存在的成本管理现实问题入手,提出适合我国国有企业发展的两种有效成本管理模式,为国有企业提供参考。
With the rapid development of society and economy, the constant progress of science and technology, the fierce competition in all walks of life and the serious shortage of resources and energy, how to carry out effective cost management and improve the competitive advantage of our state-owned enterprises are the realities that every enterprise urgently needs to solve nowadays problem. This article starts from the reality of cost management existing in the state-owned enterprises of our country and puts forward two effective cost management modes that are suitable for the development of the state-owned enterprises in our country, providing a reference for the state-owned enterprises.
