目的探讨高压氧综合治疗对脑损伤的疗效。方法将同期住院的脑损伤患者90例随机分为高压氧组(50例)及对照组(40例),对照组只是常规治疗,高压氧组在常规治疗的基础上加用高压氧治疗,治疗压力0.2MPa,吸纯氧60min,1次/d,10次为一疗程。结果两组患者的临床疗效有明显差异。结论脑损伤患者经高压氧治疗的疗效有明显提高。
Objective To investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on brain injury. Methods 90 consecutive patients with brain injury were randomly divided into hyperbaric oxygen group (n = 50) and control group (n = 40). The control group was treated only routinely. Hyperbaric oxygen group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen on the basis of routine treatment. Pressure 0.2MPa, suction pure oxygen 60min, 1 times / d, 10 times for a course of treatment. Results The clinical efficacy of the two groups were significantly different. Conclusion The efficacy of hyperbaric oxygen therapy in patients with brain injury is significantly improved.
