教师作为教学活动的决策者和执行者,在教学实施过程中的关键作用毋庸置疑,而教师信念与其知识结构相比,对教师决策、教学计划更具影响力。本研究对某医学院校的英语教师从学科信念、教学信念、学习与学习者信念以及教师自我信念四个维度进行了调查与分析,为医学院校英语教师发展及深化英语教改提供借鉴。
As the decision maker and executor of teaching activities, the key role of teachers in teaching implementation is beyond doubt. Teachers ’beliefs have more influence on teachers’ decision-making and teaching plans than their knowledge structure. This study investigates and analyzes English teachers in a medical college from the four dimensions of academic beliefs, teaching beliefs, learning and learners ’beliefs, and teachers’ self-belief, so as to provide reference for the development and deepening of English teaching reform among English teachers in medical schools.
