办公室作为政府的综合办事机构,既是联系群众的桥梁,也是精神文明建设的窗口。政府联系基层和群众,主要是通过办公室及其工作人员来进行的,基层和群众也往往通过办公室及其工作人员的工作状况和言行来评价政府工作。正因为如此,办公室加强自身建设、树立良好形象就显得尤为重要。办公部门能否树立起良好形象,关键取决于办公室工作人员具有什么样的工作态度和精神状态。如果没有高度的事业心和强烈的责任感,就不可能充分发挥参谋助手作用。因此,办公室的每个人在工作中都应做到以下几点:
As an integrated office of the government, the office is not only a bridge connecting the masses but also a window for building spiritual civilization. The government links the grassroots and the masses mainly through the offices and their staffs. The grassroots and the masses often evaluate the government’s work through the working conditions and words and deeds of the offices and their staffs. Because of this, it is particularly important for the office to strengthen its own building and establish a good image. Whether the office can establish a good image depends on what kind of working attitude and mental state the office workers have. Without a high degree of dedication and strong sense of responsibility, it is impossible to give full play to the role of staff assistant. Therefore, everyone in the office should do the following at work:
