各地区行署,各市、县、自治县人民政府,柳铁,防城港区,区直各委、办、厅、局:目前,保值公债发行工作正在进行中,各地区、各部门、各单位为此做了大量工作,取得了一定进展。但据了解,不少地区、部门、单位宣传发动工作做得不细,方法比较简单,推销机构人员不足,个别地区领导不够重视,致使我区保值公债发行工作进度很慢。据统计,截至十月底止,全区已交款入库三千三百零七万元,只完成任务的13.2%,情况相当严峻。为了进一步做好保值公债的发行工作,确保我区保值公债发行任务的顺利完成,现将《国务院办公厅关于进一步做好保值公债发行工作的通知》转发给你们,并结合我区实际,通知如下,请一并贯彻执行。
