为了观察参仙升脉液活血化瘀的药效作用 ,进行大鼠体外血小板聚集实验。结果显示参仙升脉液能显著抑制ADP诱导血小板聚集作用 (P <0 .0 0 1 ) ;小鼠体内激光致栓实验 ,结果表明参仙升脉液能明显延长小鼠耳静脉激光致栓的初栓及全栓形成时间 (P <0 .0 0 1 )。
In order to observe the pharmacodynamic effects of Shenxian Shengmai Liquid on promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, platelet aggregation experiments in rats were performed. The results showed that Shenxian Shengmai Liquid could significantly inhibit the ADP-induced platelet aggregation (P < 0.01). The laser-induced thrombolysis in mice showed that Shenxian Shengmai Liquid could significantly prolong the mouse ear vein thrombosis. The time of initial bolting and bolt formation (P < 0.01).
