陈志强足紫金县凤安镇下石村人,初中毕业后做生意赚了点钱,因妻子身体不好,他只好背着孩子去卖猪肉;抽河沙时,把孩子带到河边玩。他想,不少家庭都像自己家一样。“不是改革开放,没有社会各方面为我提供条件,我不能取得成就,我应该回报社会,办个山村幼儿园。”他的想法得到妻子的支持,投资45万元,建起了课室、卧室和办公小楼,买了电子琴等教具,还买了接送孩子用的中巴。2002年8月,幼儿园开办了。
