本文以福建省农户为研究对象,通过问卷调查数据,应用嵌套式Logit(Nested Logit)计量模型实证考察了新型农村合作医疗部分负担的制度安排对农户住院就医层级选择行为的影响,希望能借此了解农户就医层级的选择模式及影响因素。结果显示,起付线、报销比例对农户住院层级选择的影响不具有统计显著性,而医院距离则对农户住院选择行为产生了显著的负面影响。这说明,现有新农合部分负担制度设计没有有效的引导农户就医行为。
Based on the questionnaire survey data and the Nested Logit model, this paper empirically examines the impact of the institutional arrangement of the new rural CMS on the choice of hospitalization level in rural residents. In the hope of borrowing This understanding of the level of peasant households choice mode and influencing factors. The results show that the influence of the pay-off line and reimbursement ratio on the hospital-level selection of farmers is not statistically significant, while the hospital distance has a significant negative impact on the hospitalization choices of farmers. This shows that the existing part of the new rural cooperative medical system design does not effectively guide farmers to medical treatment.
