调整商业承包指标体系,可将原来包罗万象的十大指标几十项内容简化为四大指标,即经济效益指标(纯销售额、销售利润率、上交利润、资金利税率)、社会效益指标(顾客满意率、生产救灾、生活必需品保证率、执行物价政策情况等)、资产增值指标(固定资产增值、自有流动资金增长)、企业管理指标(企业升级、资金管理、定额计量和思想政治工作情况)。其中社会效益指标的考核项目要因企业和行业的特点而定。对四大指标宜采用分成考核法,经济效益占50%,资产增值占10%,社会效益、企业管理各占20%,然后各项指标中的子目再进行细分解。这样改变过去单纯考核服务质量,更好地发挥社会主义商业企业促进生产、稳定市场的主导作用。

It is advisable to adopt the split assessment method for the four major indicators, with economic efficiency accounting for 50%, asset appreciation for 10%, social benefits, and corporate management for 20% each, and then the subheads of each indicator should be further subdivided.
