本论文以重庆市大渡口区为研究区域,运用综合分析和数学分析法进行研究,全面开展2014年度单位国内生产总值建设用地下降目标落实情况评估工作,系统分析查找土地粗放利用、投入产出低的原因,全面总结经验,完善各类建设项目用地定额标准体系,研究制定用地规模核定、评价及操作办法,积极建立用地规模核定制度。
