本文通过对安徽省宣城市青弋江泾县城区段河道行洪能力、陈村水库泄洪对泾县城区防洪安全的影响分析,认为城区河道行洪能力远不能满足防洪需要,提出泾县急需提高城区防洪圈堤的防洪标准;认为陈村水库泄洪对泾县城区洪水水位增幅较大,提出在确保水库自身防洪安全的前提下,陈村水库适当控泄等,将会减小泾县城区的防洪压力。
This paper analyzes the impact of flood discharge capacity of Qingjiang Jingxian County section of Xuancheng City in Anhui Province and flood control safety of Jingcun Reservoir on the flood control safety of Jingxian urban district in Anhui Province. It is considered that the flood discharge capacity of urban rivers can not meet the need of flood control. Flood control embankment of urban flood control standards; that the discharge of Chencun reservoir Jingxian flood increased significantly, proposed to ensure the safety of the reservoir itself on the premise of flood control, Chencun reservoir proper control of venting, will reduce the urban area of Jingxian Flood control pressure.
