目的《中共中央国务院关于深化医药卫生体制改革的意见》已将慢性病防治相关内容纳入国家基本公共卫生服务项目,把慢性病防治工作提高到重要位置,社区慢性病防治人力资源状况是决定慢性病防治工作效果的关键。本文通过对安徽省社区慢性病防治人力资源现状及问题的分析,对社区慢性病防治人力资源开发策略进行初步探讨。方法查阅相关文献,了解近年来安徽省各地社区慢性病防治状况。结果安徽省慢性病防治服务需求不断上升,而社区卫生人员素质状况不高,不能满足目前需要。欲全面推进社区慢性病防治工作,落实实施国家相关基本公共卫生服务,必须从决策层、慢性病防治专业队伍和非专业队伍三个层面共同加大慢性病防治人力资源开发力度。结论需要进一步开发安徽省社区慢性病防治人力资源。
Purpose The “Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Deepening the Reform of the Medical and Health System” has incorporated the relevant contents of chronic disease prevention and control into the national basic public health service items and raised the prevention and control of chronic diseases to an important position. The status of human resources in the prevention and control of chronic diseases in the community is the effect of prevention and control of chronic diseases The essential. Based on the analysis of the current situation and problems of human resources in prevention and treatment of chronic diseases in community in Anhui Province, this paper discusses the strategy of human resources development in prevention and treatment of chronic diseases in community. Methods to access the relevant literature to understand the status of prevention and treatment of chronic diseases in all parts of Anhui Province in recent years. Results The demand for chronic disease prevention and treatment services in Anhui Province kept rising while the quality of community health workers was not high enough to meet current needs. To comprehensively promote the prevention and control of chronic diseases in the community and implement the basic public health services related to the state, we must step up efforts to develop human resources for chronic disease prevention and control at three levels: decision-making level, prevention and treatment of chronic diseases, and non-professional teams. Conclusion It is necessary to further develop human resources for prevention and treatment of chronic diseases in communities in Anhui Province.
