以往手术器械大多由手术室护士进行手工清洗、消毒、保养和包装,然后送消毒供室灭菌。这样既加重了手术室护士工作负担,又不能保证手术器械的清洗消毒质量。而手术复用器械纳入消毒供应室集中管理,可把手术室护士从非护理工作中解脱出来,提高了工作效率。消毒供应室的设备资源、护士人力资源也得到了充分的利用,它既符合了规范管理的要求,也促进了护理工作专业化发展。
In the past, surgical instruments were mostly manually cleaned, disinfected, maintained and packed by operating room nurses and then sterilized by supplying sterile room. This will not only aggravate the workload of operating room nurses, but also can not guarantee the quality of cleaning and disinfection of surgical instruments. The surgical re-use of equipment into the disinfection supply room centralized management, operating room nurses can be freed from non-nursing work, improve work efficiency. Disinfection equipment room equipment resources, nurses human resources have also been fully utilized, it not only meets the requirements of standardized management, but also contributed to the professional development of nursing.
