财务信息化管理是依据计算机局域网络,进行实现财务系统同生产、销售、供应等系统方面信息的集成共享,最大化为企业的决策者及相关的利益方提供服务支持,以此提升企业财务管理的效率。财务信息化管理的出现主要是因为现代电子商务及网络经济的盛行,导致了企业发展环境及经营管理模式的格局变更,为企业财务管理带来了相应的困难。因此在先阶段做好信息化管理建设,促进企业财务管理水平,成为现代企业制度发展下强化企业管理,预防企业财务风险的重要方法途径。
