目的探讨α_1-糜蛋白酶 (α_1-ACT)不同表型在哮喘发病中的作用。方法应用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶等电聚焦免 疫固定技术,对95例哮喘儿童和180例健康儿童血清α_1-抗糜蛋白酶的蛋白表型进 行了检测。结果哮喘组和儿童对照组血清α_1-抗 糜蛋白酶均存在3种表型,哮喘组与儿童对照组比较,α_1-ACT Ⅰ型表型和Ⅱ型表 型分布2组间均无显著性差异(P>0.05);α_1ACT Ⅲ型表型分布哮喘 组明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论α_ 1ACT Ⅲ型表型增加了重庆市汉族儿童患哮喘的危险性。
Objective To investigate the role of different phenotypes of α_1-chymotrypsin (α_1-ACT) in the pathogenesis of asthma. Methods The polyacrylamide gel isoelectric focusing immunofluorescence technique was used to detect the protein phenotypes of serum α 1 -cholesterol in 95 asthmatic children and 180 healthy children. Results There were 3 phenotypes of serum α 1 -chimochymidin in the asthma group and the children control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups in the α 1-ACT Ⅰ phenotype and the Ⅱ phenotype distribution in the asthma group and the children control group P> 0.05); α_1ACT Ⅲ phenotype distribution in asthma group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.01). Conclusion The α 1 ACT Ⅲ phenotype increases the risk of asthma in Han children in Chongqing.
