目的了解企业员工对社区健康教育内容和方式的需求,为有效开展企业员工社区健康教育及干预措施提供依据。方法采用自行设计的问卷对园区内200名企业员工现场拦截调查,并现场收回问卷。结果企业员工最需要的健康教育知识前三位是:外伤急救知识与技能、职业病的防护知识、常见病的预防知识,说明企业员工在选择健康教育内容时,更多的注重自身工作与生活的健康安全以及健康知识的实用性与指导性。最受欢迎的健康教育形式前三位是健康知识讲座(咨询)、现场操作演示、网络媒体,说明我们的健康教育形式要与时俱进,开展健康教育时应根据受教育人群的需要和接受能力来选择使用哪种形式的健康教育方法。结论对企业员工开展健康教育应结合企业员工的实际需要,根据不同工作岗位、性别、文化程度,选择不同健康教育内容与教育形式以达到最佳健康教育效果。
Objective To understand the needs of employees in community health education content and methods, and to provide a basis for effective implementation of community health education and intervention measures for employees. Methods Self-designed questionnaires were used to intercept the investigation of 200 enterprise employees in the park and the questionnaires were collected on the spot. Results The top three health education knowledge most needed by employees are: first aid knowledge and skills of trauma, prevention knowledge of occupational diseases and prevention knowledge of common diseases, which shows that when employees choose their health education contents, they pay more attention to their work and life Health and safety and health knowledge of practicality and guidance. The most popular form of health education is health knowledge lecture (consultation), on-site operation demonstration, online media, indicating that our health education should be updated with the times, health education should be based on the needs and acceptance of educated people The ability to choose which form of health education to use. Conclusion Health education for employees should be based on the actual needs of employees, according to different jobs, gender, educational level, choose different forms of health education and education in order to achieve the best health education results.
