我厂生产球铁件已有十多年历史。球铁件占铸件总数的一半以上,除生产一般球铁牌号外,还生产应用于高速柴油机上的曲轴(QT80—2—2铜钼球铁).球铁牌号较多,铸件要求高,在处理球墨铸铁时一直是用的高碳高硅,低稀土,大孕育量工艺。在长期生产实践中,我们觉得大孕育量非但硅铁消耗很大,而且球铁件的质量也不稳定,尤其是基体组织渗碳体和磷共晶的数量(大部分是渗碳体和磷共晶的复合物)超过工厂标准。我们曾发现一批球铁
I plant the production of ductile iron pieces of more than 10 years of history.
