在人类历史上,不同民族都有动物身人首像,例如中国的蛇身人首像、埃及的狮身人首像、南美洲的狼身人首像、欧洲的马身人首像和翼身人首像等。这些相似的艺术造型提示人们,不要以为人具有了智慧和情感,就成了万物之长,可以凌驾于自然界之上,因为人不仅是从自然界的动物进化而来,而且人的身体至今仍属于自然界,是自然界的一部分,与自然界的万物共生共存。
