“两基”在我区的基本实现,满足了人民群众子女入学的要求,提升了全区基础教育水平,也出现一些亟待解决的新问题。如城乡教育发展不平衡,校际之间办学差距逐渐扩大,个别条件差管理落后的学校招生困难等;在教育内部存在着“学困生”等受到冷漠的弱势群体。解决好上述这些问题,全面实施素质教育,提升区域内教育整体水平,我们提出了在区域内实现平等教育的主张,并卓有成效地开展了工作,取得了阶段性成果。
The basic realization of “two foundations” in our district has met the requirements of the children of the masses for schooling, raised the level of basic education in the region and some new problems to be solved urgently. Such as the uneven development of education in urban and rural areas, the gradual expansion of the school between the inter-school education, the individual poor management of poor enrollment of schools and other difficulties; there is a “learning hardship” and other indifferent vulnerable groups. To solve these problems, to implement the quality education in an all-round way and to enhance the overall level of education in the region, we have put forward the proposal of realizing equal education in the region, carried out the work with fruitful results and achieved staged results.
