我厂从联邦德国引进一套具有80年代国际先进水平的高速轧机,要求轧辊具有较高的硬度(肖氏硬度HS75以上),高耐磨性和高精度。其材料为多元合金冷硬铸铁,主要合金成份有Ni、Cr、Mo、Mn、Si等,由于在高碳条件下,生成不少上述元素的碳化物和复合碳化物,它们都是硬度很高的硬质相,造成材料的宏观硬度也很高,脆性大、塑性差。给加工带来很大困难。为此我厂选用了新牌号硬质合金YH3和新型热压陶瓷SG4刀具进行试切削,并取得了一定效果。
