对钢包渣线用镁碳砖的损毁机理做了分析。利用光学显微镜、电子显微镜及X射线光谱分析方法对结渣层的特性及炉渣与耐火材料之间的反应进行了测定。此外,对砖体内的微观结构变化做了评估。查明了耐火材料受到侵蚀作用的机理,即:石墨的氧化、炉渣向基质及MgO颗粒周围空间内的渗透、形成镁富氏体、MgO颗粒增大,以及最终MgO颗粒溶解于炉渣中。
The failure mechanism of magnesia-carbon bricks for ladle slag line was analyzed. The characteristics of the slag layer and the reaction between the slag and refractory were measured by optical microscope, electron microscope and X-ray spectrometry. In addition, microstructural changes in the brick body were evaluated. The mechanism of the erosion of the refractory was identified, ie graphite oxidation, slag infiltration into the matrix and around the MgO particles to form Mg-rich, MgO particles increase, and the final MgO particles are dissolved in the slag.
