本文主要简述了国有企业的定义。笔者通过分析国有资本退出的必然性、重要性和紧迫性,及出现的问题来说明广东冠粤路桥企业股权改造的必然。
This article briefly outlines the definition of state-owned enterprises. By analyzing the inevitability, importance and urgency of the withdrawal of state-owned capital and the problems that arise, the author explains the necessity of transforming the equity of Guangdong Guan Yue Road and Bridge Enterprise.
