目的:比较尪痹胶囊和尪痹片剂的抗炎作用。方法:选用相同的药材采用两种不同的提取工艺分别制备尪痹胶囊和尪痹片剂,采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀、大鼠棉球肉芽肿考察两种尪痹制剂的抗炎作用,采用冰醋酸致小鼠扭体反应来考察两种尪痹制剂的镇痛作用。以弗氏完全佐剂诱发大鼠关节炎模型观察两种尪痹制剂抗风湿性关节炎的作用,采用胸腺细胞增殖法测IL-1活性,初步评价两种尪痹制剂的抗炎作用。结果:尪痹胶囊可显著抑制二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀和大鼠棉球肉芽肿,其作用优于临床等效剂量的片剂。尪痹胶囊可显著减少冰醋酸致小鼠扭体反应次数,其作用与片剂基本相当。尪痹胶囊对大鼠佐剂性关节炎具有显著保护作用,其作用明显优于临床等效剂量的片剂,其作用机制可能与其抑制IL-1活性有关。结论:来源于相同药材,经不同提取工艺制备的尪痹胶囊和尪痹片剂,药效学上存在差异,尪痹胶囊药效优于尪痹片剂。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the anti-inflammatory effects of Huibi capsule and Huibi tablet. Methods: Two different extraction processes were used to prepare Dibi capsule and Dibi tablet, respectively. The anti-inflammatory effects of two Dibibi preparations were investigated by using the xylene-induced mouse ear swelling and rat granuloma. The acetic acid induced writhing reaction in mice was used to investigate the analgesic effect of the two kinds of baobu preparations. The effects of two kinds of Bi-Bi preparations on rheumatoid arthritis were observed with Freund’s complete adjuvant-induced arthritis model. IL-1 activity was measured by thymocyte proliferation assay, and the anti-inflammatory effects of two Bi-Bi preparations were evaluated. Results: Baibai capsule can significantly inhibit xylene-induced mouse ear swelling and rat granuloma, its effect is better than the clinical equivalent dose of tablets. Huibi capsule can significantly reduce the number of writhing mice caused by glacial acetic acid, and its role is basically the same with the tablets. Tongbi Capsule has significant protective effect on adjuvant arthritis in rats and its effect is obviously better than that of clinically equivalent dose, which may be related to the inhibition of IL-1 activity. Conclusion: There are differences in Pharmacodynamics between Huibi capsule and Huibi tablet, which are derived from the same medicinal materials and prepared by different extraction processes. Huibi capsule is superior to Huibi tablet in pharmacodynamics.
