为顺利实现低温乙稀 1Cr1 8Ni9Ti不锈钢管道的焊接 ,经试验筛选 ,肯定了氩弧焊打底、盖面和氩弧焊打底、焊条电弧焊盖面两种有效方法 ,在试验解决长管道充氩问题中 ,找出并确定了焊接工艺参数和焊接方法 ,并对焊接存在的缺陷提出了切实可行的解决方法。以上工艺和焊接方法在应用于高温高压、低温高压管道焊接中也取得成功 ,本文对此作了记叙。实践证明 ,此工艺和焊接方法的应用范围较大 ,应用价值较高。
In order to successfully achieve the welding of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel pipes with low temperature, the test and screening confirmed the two effective methods of argon arc welding, capping and argon arc welding, and arc welding of welding electrodes. In the experiment, long pipe filling Argon problems, to identify and determine the welding process parameters and welding methods, welding defects and put forward practical solutions. The above process and welding methods are also used successfully in the welding of high temperature and high pressure, low temperature and high pressure pipelines, which is narrated in this paper. Practice has proved that this process and welding methods a wider range of applications, higher value.
