老专家是我国社会主义事业宝贵的财富,在新的历史条件下,如何更好地发挥老专家在地勘经济领域的作用、使老专家在社会主义现代化建设中更好地发挥余热,是一个具有历史与现实意义的问题。本文对老专家在地勘经济领域发挥作用的现状与趋势进行了研究,重点以山东省地矿局作为实际案例分析,并在此基础上,进一步探讨了如何更好地提升老专家在地勘经济领域的作用,从而进一步促进我国社会主义现代化事业的发展。
