中国大陆迄今未有关于1949年至2009年中国公共图书馆思想的系统研究成果,一些论述大多散见于相关著作和论文之中,这些零星研究主要集中在近20年,特别是进入21世纪以后,研究的重点主要是公共图书馆理念及其实践。

So far, there are no systematic researches on Chinese public library thought from 1949 to 2009 in mainland China. Most of the dissertations are scattered in the related works and dissertations. These sporadic researches mainly focus on the past two decades. Especially after entering the 21st century, The research focuses mainly on the concept of public library and its practice.
