针对高炉喷煤粉的一些弊端,俄罗斯开发一种取代煤粉的新燃料——无生态危害的水煤合成燃料。这种燃料的制备及燃烧对环境无污染,所以取名为无生态危害燃料。此种燃料的生产流程是:1.煤仓中的煤经给料机输入破碎机进行破碎;2.将碎煤及水送入湿磨机磨细;3.用泵将水煤料送入分级机,将选出的一定粒级的煤(含水)料送入浓缩机;4.经浓缩后的煤料加化学添加剂送入混合槽混合;5.然后将成品水煤合成燃料送入贮仓供喷吹用。与煤粉相比,这种水煤合成燃料的明显优点是:无火焰及爆炸危险,制备工艺简单,基建及喷吹费用低,其它的优点:燃烧动力特性好(在燃料区形成水蒸汽,活性较
