高压氧治疗脑梗死临床疗效分析

观察了553例经头颅CT检查确诊的脑梗死患者，其中治疗组360例，除常规治疗外每日行高压氧治疗1次，对照组193例，只进行常规治疗。结果显示：治疗组的疗效明显高于对照组（P＜0．01）；高压氧治疗的最佳疗程为第2～3疗程（20～30次）。

A total of 553 patients with cerebral infarction who were diagnosed by CT scan were observed. Among them, 360 patients in the treatment group were treated with hyperbaric oxygen therapy once daily and 193 patients in the control group with conventional therapy. The results showed that: the efficacy of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.01); hyperbaric oxygen therapy for the best course of treatment for the second to third course of treatment (20 to 30 times).
