为了使层燃炉稳定、经济地运行,正确地布置炉膛很重要。对燃烧层沿炉排长度分阶段燃烧的链条炉排,组织好炉排上的燃烧以及炉膛空间内的燃烧,炉拱的采用是必不可少的。合理的布置炉拱能够较好地起到二个作用:(1)促使炉膛中气体的混合。(2)组织辐射和炽热烟气的流动,使燃料及时着火。正确地设计炉拱,首先应考虑所燃用燃料的种类和结渣、颗粒度等特性,其次还要顾及二次风,水冷壁的布置以及炉墙等问题。文章通过设计总结,运行调查以及对国外某些标准的分析,提出了如下的建议: 上述炉拱基本尺寸是这样提出的:
In order for the stoker furnace to operate stably and economically, it is important that the furnace be properly positioned. The combustion of the grate along the length of the grate combustion section of the chain, the organization of the fire on the grate furnace and the combustion chamber space, the use of furnace arch is essential. Reasonable arrangement of the furnace arch can better play two roles: (1) to promote the mixing of gases in the furnace. (2) The organization of radiation and hot flue gas flow, the fuel in time on fire. The correct design of the furnace arch, the first consideration should be given to the type of fuel combustion and slagging, particle size and other characteristics, followed by secondary air, water wall layout and furnace wall and other issues. Through summary of the design, operation investigation and analysis of some foreign standards, the article puts forward the following suggestions: The basic dimensions of the above arches are proposed as follows:
