全面预算管理作为企业加强内部控制管理的重要方法,同时也是企业实施集权管理的一项重要手段。企业中开展全面预算管理一方面能够提高管理水平,实现企业长足发展,另一方面可以增强部门之间的沟通与协调,提高工作效率。本文主要分析企业全面预算管理的特征与管理模式,以期能为全面预算管理在企业中得到良好推行提供一定借鉴意义。
Overall budget management as an important way to strengthen the internal control management of enterprises, but also an important means for enterprises to implement centralized management. On the one hand, carrying out overall budget management in enterprises can improve the management level and realize the rapid development of enterprises. On the other hand, it can enhance the communication and coordination among departments and enhance the work efficiency. This paper mainly analyzes the characteristics and management mode of enterprise total budget management, with a view to provide some reference for the full implementation of the budget management in the enterprise.
