研究结果表明,香料烟叶片长柄腺毛的分泌细胞数变化较大,短柄腺毛的分泌细胞数比较稳定。随叶位升高,叶片腺毛密度、分泌细胞密度及单根腺毛的分泌细胞数增加。随植株长势变旺,叶片腺毛密度及分泌细胞密度减少。单根腺毛的分泌细胞数,长势弱的植株叶片较少,生长正常和长势旺的差异不大。不同产区香料烟叶片的腺毛密度和分泌细胞密度变化较大,自东向西有逐渐减小的趋势。作者认为,用分泌细胞密度来评价烟叶表面的分泌状况比用腺毛密度更合理
The results showed that the number of secreting cells of long-handled glandular hairs changed greatly, and the number of secreted cells of short-stemmed glandular hairs was relatively stable. With the increase of leaf position, the density of glandular trichomes, the density of secretory cells and the number of secreting cells of single glandular hairs increased. With the growth of plants become prosperous, leaf glandular density and secreted cell density decreased. The number of single glandular hairy cells secreted, the growth of weak plant leaves less, normal growth and growth potential of little difference. The glandular hairy and secretory cell densities of the spice tobacco leaves in different producing areas varied greatly from east to west and gradually decreased. The author believes that the use of secretory cell density to evaluate the secretion of tobacco surface than the density of glandular hair more reasonable
