The authors treated patients with metastatic malignant melanoma with maximum tolerated doses of L-dopa and carbidopa). 17 patients, histologically proved to be malignant melanoma. 6 weeks have not received chemotherapy, normal renal function. No previous cardiovascular disease, psychosis or Parkinson’s disease.
