建筑行业造价管理中BIM技术的的应用,使工程造价从静态转为动态,而且在BIM技术的支撑下,可以实现工程信息共享,而BIM的可视性、模拟性等特点,更进一步创新了工程造价管理的方法。本文中作者主要是基于传统工程造价管理的不足,对工程造价管理中BIM技术的应用问题进行了全面论述。
