目的 :观察关节制动与运动后血氧自由基的变化规律。方法 :以新西兰白兔为研究对象 ,膝伸直位制动制作骨关节炎 (OA)动物模型 ,通过施加不同运动处理因素 ,动态检测血氧自由基的改变。结果 :主动加被动活动可明显提高SOD活力 ,降低MDA含量 ;制动时间越长 ,SOD活力降低和MDA含量升高越明显。结论 :SOD活力和MDA含量与OA病变程度密切相关 ,可间接反映OA病理改变的程度 ,动态评价OA的防治效果。
Objective: To observe the changes of blood oxygen free radicals after the brachial joint and exercise. Methods: New Zealand white rabbits were used as the research object. The knee extensor position was used to make the animal model of osteoarthritis (OA). The dynamic changes of the blood oxygen free radicals were detected by applying different exercise treatment factors. Results: Active and passive activities significantly increased the activity of SOD and decreased the content of MDA. The longer the braking time, the lower the activity of SOD and the more the content of MDA increased. CONCLUSION: The activity of SOD and the content of MDA are closely related to the degree of OA, which indirectly reflect the degree of OA pathological changes and evaluate the preventive and therapeutic effects of OA.
