采用电弧喷涂技术在A3钢表面制备7Cr13增强Fe基涂层,利用正交试验研究了喷涂工艺参数对涂层硬度、孔隙率和磨损质量损失的影响。结果表明,在研究范围内,影响涂层硬度和磨损质量损失最主要的参数为喷涂电流,影响涂层孔隙率的最主要参数为喷涂电压。优化的工艺参数为:喷涂电流160 A,喷涂电压36 V,喷涂距离200 mm,喷涂气压0.5 MPa,7Cr13增强Fe基涂层组织呈现出典型的网络框架结构,其涂层硬度为373.7 HV,孔隙率为19.5%,磨损质量损失1.27 mg,具有较好的综合性能。
The 7Cr13 reinforced Fe-based coating was prepared on the surface of A3 steel by arc spraying technique. The effects of spraying process parameters on the hardness, porosity and wear quality of the coating were studied by orthogonal test. The results show that the main parameter affecting the loss of coating hardness and wear quality is the spraying current within the scope of the study. The most important parameter affecting the porosity of the coating is the spraying voltage. The optimized process parameters were as follows: spraying current 160 A, spraying voltage 36 V, spraying distance 200 mm, spraying pressure 0.5 MPa, 7Cr13 reinforced Fe-based coating showed a typical network framework with a coating hardness of 373.7 HV, The rate of 19.5%, wear quality loss of 1.27 mg, with good overall performance.
