Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Huoxuedingtong decoction combined with Western medicine in treating coronary heart disease with angina pectoris. Methods: Eighty patients with coronary heart disease with angina pectoris were randomly divided into observation group (n = 40) and control group (n = 40). Two groups of patients were given nitrates, antiplatelet drugs and metoprolol, vasodilators, lipid-lowering, hypoglycemic symptomatic treatment. On the basis of the observation group, Huoxuedingtong Decoction was added to the observation group at a dosage of 1 / d for 10 days. Two groups of angina pectoris, TCM syndrome efficacy and electrocardiogram were observed. Results: The curative effect of angina pectoris was 85.00% in the observation group and 70.00% in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The total effective rate was 95.00% in the observation group and 80.00% in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). (P <0.05).
