为丰富实验方法,提高中等卫生学校的教学质量,我们探讨了士的宁致大白鼠惊厥,以及苯巴比妥钠、硫喷妥钠对士的宁惊厥的影响。一、士的宁致大白鼠惊厥:大白鼠30只,分五组,分别腹腔注入士的宁1.229、1.536、1.920、2.400和3.000毫克/公斤,以后肢伸直为观测指标。结果表明士的宁致大白鼠惊厥的ED_(95)为2.692±0.333毫克/公斤(腹腔注射)。二、药物对大白鼠士的宁惊厥的对抗作用:大白鼠131只,分三组。对照组:抗惊率为20%。苯巴比妥钠组:苯巴比妥钠腹腔注射50毫克/公斤,其抗惊率为88.9%,与对照组比
In order to enrich experimental methods and improve the quality of teaching in secondary health schools, we explored the effects of strychnine-induced rat convulsions and phenobarbital sodium and thiopental on strychnine-induced convulsions. 1. Strychnine-induced rat convulsions: Thirty mice were divided into five groups and were given intraperitoneal injection of strychnine 1.229, 1.536, 1.920, 2.400, and 3.000 mg/kg, and the limbs were straightened as observation indicators. The results showed that strychnine-induced seizures in rats had an ED_(95) of 2.692±0.333 mg/kg (ip). Second, the drug’s antagonistic effect against the convulsions of rats: 131 rats, divided into three groups. Control group: Anti-surge rate was 20%.
