目的通过体外培养体法考察镇静催眠药(安定、咪达唑仑和苯巴比妥)对阿司匹林酯酶活性的影响。方法采用实验室建立的阿司匹林酯酶体外代谢系统,用高效液相色谱直接进样法测定培养体系中阿司匹林(ASA)和水杨酸(SA)的浓度,以SA/(ASA+SA)比值反应阿司匹林酯酶的活性。通过在培养体系中加入或不加安定、咪达唑仑和苯巴比妥时阿司匹林酯酶活性的变化,分析上述镇静催眠药对阿司匹林酯酶活性的影响。结果安定、咪达唑仑、苯巴比妥对阿司匹林酯酶活性的影响分别为-10.71%(P>0.05)、-27.94%(P<0.05)和8.83%(P<0.05),咪达唑仑对阿司匹林酯酶的活性有一定的抑制作用,苯巴比妥对阿司匹林酯酶的活性有一定的诱导作用。结论咪达唑仑、苯巴比妥与阿司匹林合用时应注意药物间的相互作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of sedative and hypnotics (diazepam, midazolam and phenobarbital) on the esterase esterase activity in vitro.
