采用问卷调查法等对湖南省侗族地区4个县24所中、小学校的体育现状进行了调查。结果表明:湖南省侗族地区中、小学体育教师数量能满足教学的需要,学历、职称层次偏低,年龄结构较合理,科研能力差;体育工作条件差,体育经费、场地、器材严重不足,教师工作量大、待遇低;体育教学“放羊式”现象较严重,丰富的侗民族传统体育资源作为体育教学内容未被开发与利用;课余体育活动开展有待加强,但侗民族传统体育与学校体育训练有机结合的模式,可提供思考和借鉴。针对存在的问题,提出了相应的对策。
A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the current situation of physical education in 24 primary and secondary schools in 4 counties of Dong Nationality in Hunan Province. The results show that the number of primary and secondary school PE teachers in Dong minority areas of Hunan Province can meet the needs of teaching. The academic qualifications, professional title levels are low, the age structure is more reasonable and the scientific research ability is poor. The sports working conditions are poor, the sports funding, venues and equipment are not enough. Heavy workload and low treatment; the phenomenon of “goat-style” in physical education is more serious; the traditional Dong ethnic traditional sports resources are not developed and utilized as physical education; the extracurricular sports activities need to be strengthened; however, the traditional sports of Dong nationality and school physical training Organic combination of modes, can provide thinking and reference. For the existing problems, put forward corresponding countermeasures.
