基础设施投资对促进我国经济发展至关重要,而处理好政府与市场之间的关系是发挥基础设施投资对经济积极作用的关键,也将影响我国经济发展模式转型的效果,财政部推行的PPP模式是合理把握政府与市场间关系的重要举措。
The investment in infrastructure is crucial to the economic development of our country. Handling the relationship between the government and the market is the key to exert the positive effect of infrastructure investment on the economy and will also affect the transformation of our economic development mode. The PPP promoted by the Ministry of Finance Model is an important measure to reasonably grasp the relationship between the government and the market.
