近几年,各类电商企业在东台市快速兴起,不仅成为该市又一特色新兴产业,也成为新一代创业者创新创业的有效平台。据统计,目前东台市仅在阿里巴巴网站就有8150条供应商信息,89720条产品信息,去年全市电子商务交易额突破60亿元,连续三年实现翻番。2015年,经国家商务部、财政部同意,江苏省7县(市)被确认为国家级电子商务进农村综合示范县(市),东台市榜上有名,也是盐城唯一获此殊荣的县(市)。
