[Reality scan] On December 7, 2006, Beijing Normal University held a press conference announcing the 21-year-old girl Wu Yingying was hired by TopCoder as the executive vice president of Asia. If the news burst like a general, can not think of enviable foreign CEOs high-paying positions, actually by a female college graduates have not yet “occupied.” At the same time that Wu Yingying won the expectation of a lot of wealth, people have to turn their eyes on to a new era of wealthy mythology - “her money management”. Undoubtedly, “the male leader and the female leader” are the long traditions of China. There have been surveys that show that 65% of the family’s financial authority in the country is controlled by their wives and 15% are managed jointly. However, with the development of society, this tradition has been challenged. She not only manages wealth, but also creates wealth. In particular, in today’s economic life where men and women are equal, her potential value of her own wealth has been hitherto unknown.
